Privacy Policy for Excali-GDrive

Wen Chen ("we", "our", "us") provides Excali-GDrive, a Chrome extension that helps users save and load Excalidraw drawings to and from Google Drive.
Data we access
- Google account authorization data through OAuth.
- Google Drive files created or selected for use with this app, using scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
How we use Google user data
- To create, update, list, load, and delete Excalidraw files in the user's Google Drive.
- To provide core save/load functionality requested by the user.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not sell Google user data.
Data storage and retention
- OAuth tokens are handled by Chrome Identity APIs and extension storage required for authentication/session continuity.
- Drawing content is stored in the user's own Google Drive account.
- We do not store Google Drive file contents on our own servers.
Data sharing
- We do not share Google user data with third parties except:
- when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request,
- or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
User controls
- Users can disconnect the extension from Google Drive at any time.
- Users can revoke OAuth access from Google Account permissions.
- Users can delete files created by the extension from Google Drive.
Security
- We use least-privilege OAuth scope (drive.file).
- We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for data handled by the extension.
